Chai Masala with apples
The preparation of a cup of Chai:
Ingredients:
a Chai Masala tea bag
a cup of boiling water
¼ cup apple concentrate
A stick of cinnamon
sugar or honey according to taste
Preparation:
Place the Wissotzky Chai Masala tea bag in the cup of boiling water.
Add the apple concentrate (dilute it in the water).
Sweeten according to taste.
Serve with the stick of cinnamon.
It is possible to serve the tea hot or cold.
